Terra is a residential and commercial real estate development firm in South Florida that creates sustainable design-oriented buildings. Their luxury residential complex Grove at Grand Bay, Coconut Grove, Fl was designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). SGLA held press conferences both during Art Basel/Miami Beach and in NYC. We also placed articles in top-tier publications such as the Financial Times.
