String Furniture
String Furniture is a leading Scandinavian design company known for its versatile and functional String® shelving system designed by Nisse and Kajsa Strinning in 1949. This iconic shelving system was the winning design of a competition held by Swedish publisher Bonnier, and became an immediate success and one of the most beloved Swedish design classics of the 20th century. Today, String Furniture collaborates with several award-winning designers, including Anna von Schewen, Björn Dahlström, TAF and Mats Theselius. We have worked with String Furniture to extend media coverage for new product launches, the firm’s 70th anniversary, and expansion on the US market.
